NikkanSports: Kenshin Kawakami has reportedly signed on with CAA agent, Dan Evans. The Diamondbacks, Mets, Indians, Royals, and Padres are said to be interested in Kawakami.
Sanspo: Junichi Tazawa apparently has the following offers on the table:
Sponichi: A recent ESPN article is making some waves in Japan. The media is beginning to wonder if Ken Takahashi and Ryoji Aikawa will really be able to find suitors in the Majors.
Daily Sports: Michihiro Ogasawara was given the Tokyo Dome Award.
Daily Sports: Kyuji Fujikawa - not thinking about posting right now. Appearing at an auction events, Fujikawa was later asked by the media whether or not he was thinking about posting again (there were rumors last season that he was considering it). Fujikawa said, "It's the off-season right now and I just want to take things slowly. When it happens, it'll happen and I'll make an announcement."
Sports Hochi: Daisuke Miura appears at Yokohama Bay Stars Fan Appreciation Day. Despite opting for free agency, Miura still made an appearance at Yokohama Stadium and caused quite a stir amongst fans. He's still 50-50 on returning to the Bay Stars. 22,000 fans were on hand.

Darvish has once again gone on record to say that he's not interested in going to the Majors, at least, not yet. Speaking in front of 2009 fans at Fan Appreciation Day yesterday, Darvish said, "My goal is 200 wins. I haven't even dreamed of the Majors once." When asked about his plans for the future, "People saying I'm gunning for the Majors, but that isn't true. I really haven't thought about it at all."
